Pros: Precise Controls, Works Quickly, Energy Efficient
I have (2) experiences with these water heaters. I have the Tempra 20 in a rental cabin and the Tempra 24 in my 2 bath home. Both work excellently.
I like the temperature control readout and adjustment on the tank. The only time I notice insufficient flows is when I am filling my tub. I am planning to go with the Tempra 29 in the next home that I build.

Cons: Requires expensive wire
I wanted to go tankless to save space and save energy, I was unsure if this unit would be able to keep up with demand. I am pleased to say it keeps up great. My main requirement was two showers at a time or one shower and a hot wash going. No problems so far. The unit requires 2 runs of 6 AWG wire, this wire is not cheap. I spent 230 bucks on two runs of 60ft of wire. Install was rather easy.

You will quickly forget that this is not a big water heater. It works the same or better, and takes up no space.
