I am really impressed with the operation of this unit. I was a little apprehensive about getting a tank less unit. I had heard mixed reviews about well they work. I am very happy with mine. If you have an existing gas/LP water heater, it's a relatively easy install. If you are converting from electric to gas/LP you will need an experienced plumber for the gas pipe. DEFINITELY get the vent kit and the service valve kit. It makes installation A LOT easier. The directions for the vent kit could be a little more clear. Over all a great unit.
