Pros: Space saver, Well Written Instructions, Works Quickly, Energy Efficient, Precise Controls, Aesthetic clean looks, Easy To Install
Read the instructions carefully. What I thought could be installed in my utility room which is detached from my house (but under the same roofline) required a completely exterior location. This is an easy and time consuming installation. I would recommend purchasing the water heater connector set-value kit. The price was competitive from this retailer and it makes a much cleaner installation.
