Pros: Energy Efficient, Precise Controls
Cons: Tough To Install
For the money this is a very good unit. I just had one installed. My buddy has had one for about 2 years now and he loves it and my tank water heater was about to go kaput.Pros: Cheaper than most other units while supplying a higher temp rise with more gallons per minute flow. Very compact unit, fits nicely about anywhere it can be plumbed in. Very efficient, it should pay for itself over a few years. Supplies hot water to my 2 1/2 bath house no problem. Cons: it is a little expensive to get installed especially if you have to have gas line work accomplished. (most units require 3/4 inch gas line)
