Disappointing

This water heater is a disappointment in the way of operation. It takes to long to get hot after starting the flow of water even though the heater is 2 feet from the faucet. Had to slow the flow of water through the heater in order for it to get hot enough to wash dishes so it takes longer to fill the sink or dishwasher. Overall, my tankless water heater down cellar which operates on propane is far superior to an electric tankless water heater. This is the second electric one I have tried. The only reason I wanted a point of use heater is that the kitchen is far enough away from the whole house heater down cellar that I have to run the water longer to get the hot water to the kitchen. I am going to eliminate the electric one under the kitchen sink because it just isn't working out that well and is a waste of electricity.
